| Contract Terms & Conditions |

The contract between Webin U and you the client will be based on these terms & conditions.
These conditions will take affect once they are agreed by both parties.

Once a project has been agreed, a confirmation letter or email will be sent to you.
|
| 3. |
Our main method of contact with regards to all communication is through email, we may contact you by telephone,
but you will need to keep us updated if their are any changes to your contact details.
Webin U can not be made responsible for communication issues if we are not supplied with the right information.

Webin U requires a non-refundable 50% deposit of the overall cost of a project; work will only start once this money has been received.
The final 50% payment is to be made on the completion of a project.
Alternative payment methods may be used dependent on the type of service you require.

The deposit paid to Webin U is used to cover the cost of work carried out and any additional resources which may need to be used. The deposit is non-refundable.

We encourage all of our clients to take the time to research on their idea before they decide to go ahead with a request.
We will assume that the project will operate legally in every shape and form. The idea has to be in no way illegal.

| 7. |
Contact between the client and Webin U is vital throughout the whole project. We will make attempts to contact you in regards to the project,
we will make up to a minimum of 3 attempts to contact you by email, with the email address you provided and a further minimum of 3 phone calls to contact if we are unsuccessful.
If we do not receive a response, this may result into the termination of your project and the deposit is non-refundable.

If Webin U has purchased images on behalf of a clients design needs, these images are to only be used for this reason only.
Webin U is not liable for if the client or any other person's misuses these images in anyway.

Webin U can not be held responsible for anything negatively affecting the performance, operation, sales or profitability of the clients business,
which might be claimed as a result of Webin U service.
|
| 10. |
Webin U can provide search engine optimisation, but we can not guarantee any specific placement or high ranking on search engines.
|
| 11. |
An expected completion date for the project will be made by Webin U and agreed with the client.
Webin U will make an attempt to meet any given deadline, but we do not guarantee and are not bound in any shape or form to this deadline.
We must stress that the completion date provided by us is just a rough estimate.

Quotes and deposits may increase if a client wants to meet a specific deadline which may require more resources.
Webin U has the right to modify a quote to a customer where needed.

| 13. |
All material to complete the project needs to be available to us as soon as possible and provided within the agreed deadline.
If the client fails to provide the information within the agreed timeframe then the project can be terminated by Webin U and all money paid may not be refunded.
The quote given to the client can be increased if the terms are not met.

| 14. |
Webin U will not be liable or become involved in any disagreements between the owner of the website and their clients.
We can not be held responsible for any wrong doings in regards to any involvement Webin U had in relation to the website.

| 15. |
Webin U owns the rights to all the designs, code and materials of the project in which Webin U created or supplied,
until the final payment has been received. Once we have received the final payment, then you own the rights to the designs,
code and materials Webin U has done for this project.

| 16. |
All images and content supplied by the client will only be used by Webin U with authorisation by client in writing or via email,
that they are the sole responsibility of the client regarding the usage and copyright.
Should any legal issues or claims occur from the images or content supplied by the client, they will be the sole responsibility of the client and not Webin U
|
| 17. |
Webin U will register domain names on your behalf under the Webin U address.
The Client is the legal owner of the domain name and if they request to have their details changed or the domain moved elsewhere,
this will be done as soon as possible.

| 18. |
We will expect full payment up front for domain registration.
|
| 19. |
Webin U will notify clients when their domain names are up for renewal; however it is the client's responsibility to keep track of when their domain name expires,
we can not be held liable for this.
|
| 20. |
If a domain name or hosting is purchased by the client through another company other than Webin U, it is the client's responsibility for all renewals.
Webin U will not renew the domain name or hosting if it is purchased through another company.
|
| 21. |
Hosting is available for all clients. Full payment up front is expected to purchase this package; this may also include domain registration.
If both were purchased at the same time as a package, both may need to be renewed. If clients fail to renew their hosting package,
their domain name could be made available to the public for purchase and Webin U can not be held liable for this, we will make attempts to contact you.

Dependent on the package a client has chosen the minimum time for renewal is 1 year from the date the hosting package was purchased.
The hosting package will not be renewed if payment is not received within 10 days of the hosting expiry date.
Webin U reserves the right to suspend or deactivate any website where the hosting package has been expired and the client has failed to pay the renewal charge.
Admin fees will be set by Webin U for reactivation of the hosting package.

Webin U can only be responsible for our own hosting services; it is up to the client to take full responsibility for the management and hosting,
if the client has not used Webin U for this service.

| 24. |
If a client wishes to move their hosting away from Webin U an admin charge of £25 will be issued, which must be paid in full before the transfer takes place.
|
| 25. |
Webin U excludes liability for any loss, fraud, damages, corruption to files or information stored on its servers or individual computers relating to clients website.
The client has sole responsibility for any information or files relating to its website. We recommend that clients back up all of their files and information.

| 26. |
Webin U makes every effort to ensure we code our web pages to be cross browser referencing,
but we can not promise that all pages will be displayed in every browser.
We can not accept responsibility for pages which do not display correctly because new versions of browsers are released and this may happen after we have finished a project.

Webin U recommends that's clients install the appropriate anti-virus software and any other software that will protect you,
before you download any software from the Webin U website.

Webin U will not be held responsible for any viruses clients may receive from visiting the Webin U website or any other website and will not be liable for any loss,
damages, costs, expenses or claimed suffered or incurred by any person as a result of the presence of any virus or similar item found on the Webin U website or any
other web site.

Webin U has not reviewed any websites content which is accessible from the Webin U website; we do not accept liability for such websites and / or their content.
