How much does it cost?

Every project is different; it depends on what you requirements are. At Webin U we are more than just a website design company, we offer a full online service. Prices could be as little as £50 for a single webpage or £100 for a logo design. How long will it take to get a quote?

We would try to get back to immediately or the same day depending on the size of the project but more often than not within 24 hrs.

How long will it take to complete a project?

The time it takes for the project to be completed will depend on a few factors. (1) The size of the project (2) the type of project (3) how much information you supply us (content and pictures). We are a flexible company and we can make arrangements to meet a specific deadline if need be.

Do we need to meet to complete the project?

More often than not a meeting is not required. All the work can be done via email and telephone. If required then a meeting can be arranged.

When would you expect payment?

Every circumstance is different depending on the size of the project. This will be discussed and finalised once we have assessed the project.

Do you have optional payment schemes?

At Webin U we are very flexible when it comes to payment; we can arrange different forms of payments schemes to suit your needs.

What type of support do you offer?

We offer a full range of support during the whole process of your project. Once the project has been completed we still offer are full range of support which will be chargeable at a competitive rate.

I am unsure as to what I want?

We tell all of our clients to identify what they would like to achieve out of this project. Look at examples logos; websites etc to get an understanding of the type of project they would like us to conduct.

Who owns the right once it's been completed?

Once the project has been completed, all parties are happy and full payment has been received, then you will own all of the rights, unless you are using someone else is material, which they have given there permission.

Would I have access to all of my work once the project has been completed?

Yes we will give you all of the files and information once the project has been completed.

Do you back up all your work?

Yes we do back-up all our work.

How should I supply the information?

Any documentation should be supplied in word format e.g. Microsoft Word and images should be supplied in digital format e.g. gifs, jpegs, PSD, PNG, Tiff.

What if I do not like the design or development of the project?

If you are not entirely happy with the service in anyway, then we will try to resolve the issue and state our reasons as to why we have done it in this way. We try to communicate with you on a regular basis and show you our progress to make sure that we are all going in the right direction.

I have no images for my project can you supply me with some?

Yes we can supply you with hi-res images.

Can you provide web hosting and domain registration?

Yes we can register your domain name and provide web hosting for you.

Are there any other extra costs I need to be aware of?

No we cover all the costs in the quote, if you require any more work or add-ons we will quote you with a separate quote.

Can I be found on the top search engines?

It is possible for you to be listed in the top search engines but there is no guarantees that you will get into the top of Google because there search criteria changes on a regular basis.

You will need to market and promote your site in order for you to stand a chance, which Webin U can help with because we have specialists in this area.


Would my website look the same on different computers?

We offer a full range of support during the whole process of your project. Once the project has been completed we still offer are full range of support which will be chargeable at a competitive rate.

I am unsure as to what I want?

We cannot guarantee that it will because some users have different setting to others such as screen resolution; however we are trained in cross browser referencing, which will give your site a better chance of being viewed on all formats and all web browsers.

Can I update my website?

There are a few ways you can update your website:

1. We could update your website at a competitive price at an hourly rate which would be more beneficial to you if we built it because we would know how to quickly update it which will save you time and money.

2. You could do the changes yourself which would require training which can be arranged, or install on your personal computer a software editing tool.

3. We could also build you a content management system which will allow you to edit your website yourself.

If I decide to have a content management system would training be provided?

Content management systems are very easy to use and we provide guidelines and training manuals if needed. If you would still like some assistant please contact us for more details.

If I have flash animation on my website would it cost more?

It depends on the type of flash you want and how much flash animation you want the price can vary because it can take a lot of time.

Yes it is possible to provide emails all we would need is the

Yes it is possible for us to update an existing website we would need to have all of the files associated with the website.

Is it possible for more to get statistics on the progress of my site?

There are programs out there which can provide this service, we are happy to help you get set-up or provide our own.
